Wood-Fueled Truck Sparks Interest At Small Farms Conference - Nov 20th, 09 Wayne Keith regularly clocks up to 80 miles an hour on his wood-fueled Dodge Dakota and hauls 40-foot gooseneck trailer loads of hay with his wood-powered Ford F250 on his farm in Alabama. Keith showed off one of his trucks at the KSU farm on Thursday.

KSU Contributes to Governor's Taskforce on Biomass and Biofuels - Oct 7th, 09 Gov. Steve Beshear has signed an Executive Order forming the Executive Task Force on Biomass and Biofuels Development in Kentucky. The 21-member group includes the Associate Director of Kentucky State University's Land Grant Program, Dr. Kimberley Holmes. The Task Force invited presentations from two KSU scientists conducting research related to sustainable biofuel production.
